This website, hosted by REI, LLC is intended to serve as a community forum dedicated to REI’s working transparently with residents and neighbors of Pelican Lake Ranch Filing 1, the Beebe Draw Farms POA, Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and the Beebe Draw Farms Authority on the design of a new Pelican Lake Ranch Filing 2, which REI anticipates submitting to Weld County in mid 2026. REI intends on submitting a new Filing 2 that reflects community input and values shared through this website and other community forums.
This website serves as a shared database for information about Filing 2, as well as a community forum and information exchange.
